Return Instructions

Our Return Policy

  1. You can return the products you purchased within 7 working days from the date of receipt by following the return conditions below.
  2. If the product(s) you will return has a problem, you can apply for a return by calling the Customer Service at 0 454 700 1 700.
  3. In return transactions, the shipping fee belongs to the Customer.
  4. Returns must be made in the original box or packaging.
  5. If the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
  6. The original box and/or packaging of the product you will return is damaged (with any duct tape and various affixes applied to the box and/or packaging) and products that are not in a resaleable condition will not be accepted.

Returns

  1. The returned product is inspected by our Returns Department.
  2. If the above return conditions are met, the return process is initiated. This process varies between 3 - 7 days.
  3. You will be contacted when we confirm the return.
  4. If your order was made with a credit card, the refund amount will be sent to your credit card, and if your order was made by wire transfer, it will be sent to your bank account.
