Delivery Information

          Delivery Terms

          1. Cargo Company is used in our product deliveries. Delivery time is 3 days for Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, and 5 days for other regions. In case the Cargo Company cannot go to remote areas in Turkey, the person placing the order can receive the product ordered from the nearest branch of the Cargo Company.
          2. Orders received after 15.00 are considered received on the next business day. Orders received after 3 PM on Friday are considered received the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays such as holidays and public holidays are considered to be received on the first official working day following the end of the holiday.
          3. The products are delivered only to the person who placed the order at the address where the order was placed.
          4. In order for the delivery to take place, it will be useful to provide the address and phone number of your current location during the day. The product of the customer who cannot be found at the given address is taken to the relevant branch. Products not received within 4 days from here will be returned.
          5. Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.

          Warranty of Products

          1. For problems that may arise after the product reaches the customer and/or over time, Doğadut Pestil & Köme should be consulted.
          2. All products are under the guarantee of Doğadut Pestil & Köme.

          Order status

          1. When your order is confirmed, it will be sent to you by e-mail with the shipping information.
          2. To learn more about the status of your order, you can go to My Account section and track your order online with the Tracking No.

          Order Cancellation

          1. You can e-mail the cancellation of your order to the info@dogadut.com e-mail address with your order number. If your order has not been shipped, your cancellation will be processed.
